1 TBS of Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Roasted Parsnip Toppers for This Dish Incorporating one leek, thinly sliced; two garlic cloves crushed; 1 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds
and Ground Cumin

Preheat oven to 350oF (180oC). Line an ovenproof tray with parchment paper. Add chopped cauliflower florets, and simmer for another 10-15 minutes before allowing the soup to slightly cool before using a blender or food processor to puree it until desired texture has been reached. Taste before seasoning with additional salt/pepper as necessary.

; 2-3 CUTTED PARSNIP TOPPERS by lightly oil-coating the slices before roasting (at 350 degrees Fahrenheit; 350o F). Salt and Pepper are to taste (if necessary). Method
Make Roasted Parsnip Toppers by Preheating Your Oven to 350oF/180oC and Lining an Oven-Proof Tray With Parchment Paper.
