Rachelle Robinett, herbalist and holistic health coach as well as the founder of Supernatural, shares her superfood snack in our latest Plant Based episode.
In this video, Robinett demonstrates her favorite recipe for a vegetable dip, which she describes as a “perfect blend of stress-busting techniques.” The dip is infused with adaptogenic herbs, such as ashwagandha and rhodiola. Ginseng also helps the body adapt to stress. She says that Ashwagandha is a herb known for its calmness, stability and ability to normalize cortisol. Rhodiola is a favorite herb of mine and helps promote stability and calmness. It also supports mood.
